Retunr & Refund Policy
At Khadi Bangladesh, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions. Customers must check the product at the time of delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you should contact us within 48 hours after receiving the product. We will arrange a return or exchange once the issue is verified. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with the original packaging and tags. Products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned after the allowed time may not be accepted.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If the return is approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method or another suitable method agreed upon with the customer.
Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product sent by Khadi Bangladesh. For any return or refund request, please contact our customer support through our website or official contact number.
The Refund must be done at the time of delivery, after receiving the product, customer need to check the product in front of the delivery man, once the delivery man left, no refund request will be acceptable.
